I’ve always been passionate about two things: connecting with people and truly understanding the challenges they face. I believe that when we feel truly seen and understood, we unlock the strength to move forward. That’s where I come in—I see you, I believe in you, and I will hold space for you until you can walk in that belief for yourself.
As a certified Mental Health Coach through the AACC, I specialize in Addiction and Recovery, Suicide Prevention, Crisis and Trauma, and Marriage and Family. My background in Interpersonal Communication and Cultural Anthropology has deepened my understanding of how we relate to one another, the patterns that shape our lives, and the impact of the world around us. Every person is a unique combination of experiences, and I approach each client with care, curiosity, and a commitment to helping you navigate life’s challenges.
I have always known that this is who I am and what I do—through mentoring women, raising my children, and walking alongside people in their hardest moments. Helping others isn’t something I discovered along the way; it’s been woven into every part of my life. My approach—compassionate, practical, and forward-focused—has been shaped through a lifetime of trial and error, mistakes and growth, learning and unlearning. I don’t believe in just talking about change—I believe in finding real, tangible steps to move forward.
Whether you’re struggling with mental health challenges, navigating relationships, or working toward personal growth, I’m here to help you make sense of where you are and take real steps toward where you want to be.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Let’s take the next step together
